Blue Waters Pools has been providing professional pool service to Beverly Hills and West Los Angeles for over 10+ years.

As a professional pool care company, we pride ourselves on our presentation, as well as our accountability and communication. We maintain a high level of respect for not only our clients’ properties but their privacy as well. With our small team of service technicians, we are able to accommodate our client’s needs and promptly respond to any issues. Over the years in our field, we have built lasting relationships with both homeowners and property management companies.

A third-generation West L.A. native, CEO, and Founder, Elan Eifer grew up watching his great-uncle build and repair pools. Upon receiving his bachelor’s degree in an Environmental Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz, he set out to integrate eco-environmental and aesthetically based philosophies to create a conscious pool company that cares about your energy consumption and environmental impact.

Eifer was also an early advocate of converting chemically treated pools to saltwater and has since found new and innovative ways to improve the conditions of his clients’ pools and spas while saving them hundreds of dollars a year. He also keeps up with the latest releases in pool equipment technology and is able to offer clients integrative pool packages allowing for wireless control from smartphones, laptops and PDA’s. Eifer is an L.A. County Department of Health Swimming Pool Technician, a California State Licensed specialty Pool Contractor and is a certified in C.P.R, First-Aid, Red-Cross Lifeguard. He also enjoys yoga, surfing and a wide array of aquatic experiences.
